NIRSIS is a service-based company that gives you the tools and flexibility to provide on-
demand or scheduled care straight to the homes of those in need.. NIRSIS focuses on
efficiency, convenience, affordability, and customer & provider needs. Providing in-home
care is not an easy job. That is why it is our goal to help you earn more.
NIRSIS is a platform that allows qualified CNA’s to provide planned, spur of the moment,
short- term or long- term breaks to families that aid and assist those not fully capable of
taking care of themselves. This may include the elderly, disabled, children, individuals
recovering from an operation or procedure, or persons with developmental delays, to
support and maintain home care with an assisted care relationship. The term ‘break’ is
used widely throughout the world to describe the kind of care we are providing. The break
given by the providers will provide relief for the home caregiver and assist the person in
need. According to the Commonwealth fund, 60% of family caregivers are of age 19-64 and
tend to have conditions of poor health because their life revolves around the home care
they are providing. We are set on changing that.
To get started:

● Create an account
● Update your profile
● Upload your valid CNA license & background check consent
● Once approved, select the service(s) you wish to provide
● Make yourself available by going online
● Once a customer requests services, use our in-app navigation to connect to your
customer’s location
